 The holiday
house is situated in Skrad at the end of village Planina
skradska, on the way to the holiday resort Zeleni Vir, which is
4 km away. The house is 1 km away from the Skrad town centre where
one could find: a shop, a petrol station, GP and a chemist. Within
15 km there is the horse-riding club “Roge”, resort
Golubinjak and Petehovac (Delnice), national park Risnjak and rafting
on the river Kupa. The house is situated in the unspoiled nature
and ideal for resting, relaxing and various outdoor activities.
The house consists of an attic and ground floor.
In the attic there are: double
bedroom 15m2 and another same size bedroom that sleeps 3 persons
with the balcony.
On the ground floor there are: kitchen with living
room 25m2 bathroom with bath and shower 5m2 and a large terrace
with table, chairs and a parasol.
There are also: TV, DVD and Satellite, fridge-freezer
and iron. At your disposal there is also, grill and BBQ.
We believe
that you will enjoy the beautiful nature, forest fruit and herbs.
You are welcome to bring your pets, but we would expect you to
take care of the interior decorations and surroundings.
